Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Kingsbridge. The role focuses on commercial management of residential construction projects, from pre-construction through to final account, across new-build and refurbishment works.

You will manage project costs, prepare cost plans and budgets, and handle tendering, procurement, subcontractor quotations, and payments, ensuring projects stay on budget.

Qualifications

• Experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor with experience in new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Strong cost control and commercial management skills.

We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Quantity Surveyor to join one of our clients growing team and play a key role in the commercial management of residential construction projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with residential experience to work across a range of new-build and refurbishment projects, from pre-construction through to final account.

The Role

As a Residential Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are managed and projects are delivered within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion.
• Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets and forecasts.
• Preparing tender and procurement documentation.
