Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in new homes conveyancing and residential property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of new build and plot purchase transactions with minimal supervision, meeting developer exchange deadlines.
• Review title information, planning documents and search results; raise site-wide enquiries and prepare precedent reports.
• Advise clients throughout the transaction process with proactive guidance and high levels of client care.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Residential Conveyancing team to support processes and growth.
