Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its Devon team. You will manage a high quality caseload across residential conveyancing matters within a supportive, forward-thinking firm offering progression and modern working practices.

You will handle sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and related transactions, liaising with clients, lenders and agents while contributing to the growth of the department and maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to manage own caseload confidently.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Organised, commercially minded and proactive.
• Experience in business development and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters.
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Transfers of equity and remortgages.
• New build transactions and shared ownership matters.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Contribute to growth of the department.
