Qualifications

• At least 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing, including plot purchase work.
• Experience reviewing development wide documentation and preparing site reports.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong client relationship skills and a professional approach.
• Experience contributing to fee growth and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
• Familiarity with case management systems and IT skills.
• Ability to meet financial and non financial targets.
• Flexible and commercially aware mindset, committed to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of new build and plot purchase matters.
• Review title, planning documents and searches for developments.
• Raise site wide enquiries and prepare master site precedent reports.
• Act for purchasers on plot purchases with 28 day exchange deadlines.
• Handle individual plot purchases and related sales.
• Prepare documents using the firm's case management system.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the residential conveyancing team.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards.
• Support department growth through excellent client service and efficiency.
