THE ROLE

We have a new vacancy for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join the business. As the Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for managing the in-house conveyancing process and overseeing the day-to-day purchase and sale of residential properties.

You will be handling a high volume of residential property transactions, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and professionally. As part of the role, you will also be expected to handle more general legal work supporting the business where required.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Solicitor with 5-8 PQE with a solid residential property background ready to make a career move in-house. You will have a strong technical and commercial understanding of the residential conveyancing process, along with excellent organisational and leadership skills. Individuals with experience in tendering processes for third-party services would be of interest.
