Job summary

TSR Legal in Bath is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its established property team. You will manage residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with a focus on high-value properties.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 PQE (or equivalent), experience with listed buildings and complex title matters, and a commitment to delivering a highly personal service to clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PQE or equivalent in residential property.
• Experience with high-value transactions, listed buildings, and complex title matters is advantageous.
• Excellent client communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Handle residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases.
• Advise clients throughout conveyancing and resolve issues to ensure smooth progress.
• Assist with remortgages, transfers of equity, and higher-value matters.
• Work on listed buildings, leases, restrictive covenants and easements as needed.
