Job summary

TSR Legal in Bath is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its established property team. You will manage residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, with a focus on high-value properties.

The successful candidate will have 2–4 PQE (or equivalent), experience with listed buildings and complex title matters, and a commitment to delivering a highly personal service to clients.

You will be responsible for advising clients throughout the conveyancing process, identifying and resolving potential issues and ensuring transactions progress effectively.

The firm is particularly interested in applicants with at least 2 years’ PQE, although conveyancers with equivalent experience will also be considered.
