Job summary

TSR Legal in Cheltenham seeks a high calibre Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join our firmly established practice.

You will manage a high value residential property caseload, provide client-focused service, and handle all fee-earning work across freehold andleasehold matters with strong technical expertise.

The role requires superb communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to liaise with clients, lenders, and other solicitors at all stages of the transaction.

Qualifications

• 4+ years PQE in residential property
• Experience managing high value caseloads
• Fee-earning work across residential matters

Responsibilities

• Managing a range of property matters (Non Panel Work)
• Liaising with clients, mortgage lenders and solicitors by telephone, post, e-mail or in person, as necessary, at every stage of the transaction
• Undertaking any additional relevant tasks including dealing with pre-exchange of contract work, title reports, searches, raising enquiries etc.
