Job Details:

• Location: Bedfordshire (Remote / Hybrid working)
• Salary: GBP 50,000 - GBP 60,000 DOE plus bonus
• Experience: 5+ years PQE

About the Role:

Due to expansion, we are seeking a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with approximately 5 years' PQE to handle a caseload in residential conveyancing. You will manage matters including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages, shared ownership schemes, rights to buy, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care and legal advisory skills
• Strong IT proficiency
• Effective business development and marketing skills

You will also oversee your own team, with opportunities for growth and development.
