The Opportunity:

Due to continued expansion, this modern, busy firm seeks a Solicitor with approximately 5+ years’ PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer, or a Legal Executive to join their team. The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, the successful candidate will manage a caseload covering:

1. Freehold transactions
2. Leasehold transactions
3. Sales
4. Purchases
5. Re-mortgages
6. Shared Ownership Schemes
7. Rights to Buy
8. Transfer of Equity
9. Lease extensions

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct
• Strong IT skills
• Proven business development and marketing skills

You will also be expected to supervise your own team, with opportunities for further growth and development.
