Our client is a global full-service law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an Industrial Disease solicitor or lawyer to join on a primarily remote working basis with occasional travel to one of their hub offices.

Your new role
This Industrial Disease Solicitor/Lawyer role involves handling your own varied caseload of defendant industrial disease files. Cases typically include NIHL, HAVS, and asbestos-related injuries. You will also assist senior team members on complex, high-value disease cases.

What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEx; those qualified through experience are encouraged to apply. Previous experience handling your own defendant's industrial disease caseload is required. Applicants must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with insurer clients.
