Your new company
Our client is a global full-service law firm with offices across the UK. They are currently recruiting for an Industrial Disease solicitor or lawyer to join on a primarily remote working basis with occasional travel to their hub office.
Your new role
This Industrial Disease Solicitor/Lawyer role will see you handle your own varied caseload of defendant industrial disease files. Cases will typically include NIHL, HAVS, and asbestos-related injuries. Alongside your own caseload, you will be expected to assist senior team members on complex, high-value disease cases.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified solicitor or CILEx, but those qualified through experience are encouraged to apply. You should have previous experience handling your own defendant's industrial disease caseload. Applicants must be able to develop and maintain strong relationships with insurer clients.
What you'll get in return
This is a great opportunity for defendant industrial disease solicitors/lawyers where you can expect a full and interesting caseload, working on behalf of a number of large insurer clients. You can expect plenty of remote working with occasional travel to the hub office.
