Residential Property Solicitor - Bristol

Top 100 law firm are seeking a residential property solicitor to join their busy residential property team to work on a range of newbuild property transactions. This residential property solicitor will be based in the impressive Bristol office.

Working for leading housebuilders, you'll be managing a caseload of site set up, compliance and plot conveyancing. You'll be a part of this transaction from the land acquisition through to the sale of the plots.

It is important that you have experience in residential property work and you will be qualified as a solicitor, CILEX or a Licenced Conveyancer. You will be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision and at a fast pace.
