Job Opportunity: Private Client Lawyers at a Bristol Law Firm

This reputable law firm in Bristol specializes in Private Client law and is seeking to recruit two Private Client (Tax & Trusts) lawyers. They are looking for candidates with:

1. 0 to 2 years’ PQE
2. 4 or more years’ PQE

The team comprises four specialist areas: Probate & Estate Administration, Trust Management, Court of Protection, and Tax & Trusts. The Tax & Trusts lawyers frequently advise accountants, trust companies, and other solicitors on trust structures, trust drafting, and UK trust and tax law. They also manage a diverse portfolio of trusts valued between £250,000 and £25,000,000.

Successful candidates will manage their own caseload of smaller matters, with appropriate supervision depending on PQE, and support senior colleagues on larger cases. Responsibilities include handling wills, trusts, and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals, both UK and foreign domiciled, as well as trustees and beneficiaries.
