The Role

Based in Bristol, this well-established practice seeks experienced Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers. The property department is busy, requiring a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to manage a full caseload, including sales and purchases (registered and unregistered, freehold and leasehold land), re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, and right to buy.

The Candidate

Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, and non-qualified fee earners with at least 2 years’ experience managing their own residential property caseload from start to finish. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy environment and have a proven track record in handling caseloads independently.
