Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd advertises a Residential Property Solicitor role in Harrow for 1–3 PQE. The successful candidate will join a growing team handling a varied conveyancing caseload with strong training and long-term progression.

You will manage sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leases and new-build transactions, while working closely with senior lawyers to build client relationships and develop experience in a collaborative environment.

A well-established and highly regarded North West London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (1–3 PQE) to join its growing Harrow office, handling a high-quality and varied conveyancing caseload within a friendly and collaborative team environment.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a strong foundation within a respected residential property practice.

You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate support, including:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties
• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Leasehold matters and lease extensions
• New build transactions
• Investment and buy-to-let purchases
• Supporting on higher-value and more complex matters where appropriate

You will work closely with experienced senior lawyers, receiving structured supervision and guidance whilst gradually taking on increasing responsibility for your own matters and client relationships.

The role offers strong exposure to repeat clients, introducer-led work and high-quality residential instructions, alongside genuine long-term progression opportunities.
