Job summary

Vasto Legal Recruitment Ltd advertises a Residential Property Solicitor role in Harrow for 1–3 PQE. The successful candidate will join a growing team handling a varied conveyancing caseload with strong training and long-term progression.

You will manage sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leases and new-build transactions, while working closely with senior lawyers to build client relationships and develop experience in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 PQE in residential property
• Experience in residential conveyancing gained during training or post-qualification
• Strong organisational and client-care skills
• Proactive and commercially minded with the ability to manage multiple matters

Responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold properties
• Manage re-mortgages and transfers of equity
• Oversee leasehold matters and extensions
• Work on new build transactions and buy-to-let purchases
• Support on higher-value or complex matters under supervision
