Henderson Scott is representing a leading Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire, recruiting a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive for a residential property caseload.

You will handle a mix of Freehold/Leasehold sales, remortgages, equity release, shared ownership and lease extensions, with autonomy and strong team support. This role offers quality work, career progression and business development exposure.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• 3+ years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Confident managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong client care and communication skills.
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development.

A highly regarded Residential Property team is looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload and play a key role in the continued growth of the department.

The Role

You’ll handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
• Remortgages
• Equity Release
• Shared Ownership
• Lease Extensions

Working alongside experienced lawyers, you’ll enjoy a strong level of autonomy while benefiting from the support of a collaborative and well-resourced team.

About You
