Pertemps Gloucester in Bristol is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) to join its team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a quality conveyancing caseload with autonomy and professional support.

The role offers flexible working, genuine progression, ongoing training and a collaborative culture, with a proactive, detail‑driven approach and strong client service focus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in residential property law
• Experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload including: freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle remortgages and transfers of equity
• Work on new build transactions and shared ownership matters
• Deliver general residential property work and maintain high service levels

An established and highly respected regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) with 5+ years' PQE to join its successful Residential Property team in Bristol.This is an excellent opportunity to handle a quality caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, while benefiting from flexible working, genuine career progression, and ongoing professional development.

You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

• General residential property work

You will work closely with clients and third parties, ensuring transactions progress smoothly while delivering outstanding client service.

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential property law
• Experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive and team-focused approach
