Job summary

Walker & Sloan are expanding their property law team in Bristol, seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to take ownership of a busy caseload and contribute to the firm's growth.

You will mentor colleagues, develop introducer relationships and deliver high-quality conveyancing services across sales, purchases, remortgages, and related matters in a collaborative, hybrid-working environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified Residential Property Conveyancer.
• Experience handling a busy, varied caseload.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.
• Able to mentor and support junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage and progress residential sales and purchases.
• Handle freehold/leasehold, remortgages, transfers.
• Develop introducer relationships and help generate new business.

The Role

You'll take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, with matters including:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold property
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• New-build and shared ownership transactions
• Lease extensions
• Managing transactions through from instruction to completion
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and property professionals
• Opportunity to develop introducer relationships and contribute to new business

About You

We're looking for a qualified Residential Property Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.

You'll be someone who:

• Is comfortable taking ownership of a busy and varied caseload
• Brings good residential property knowledge and experience
