THE ROLE:

This is a varied and interesting role with quality work. Your caseload will include the full remit of residential property matters, such as:

• Residential Sales and Purchases,
• Re-mortgages,
• Lease Variations and Extensions,
• Transfers of Equity, and
• Equity Release.

THE CANDIDATE:

You should be a qualified Solicitor, ILEX, or CLC with 3 years’ or more PQE. Experience of managing and progressing your own caseload is essential, and you should be confident working independently from the outset.
