Are you an experienced Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor seeking a fresh opportunity to grow your career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm? Our client are currently recruiting a talented professional with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join their thriving and expanding property team, primarily based at the Ashford offices.

Key Responsibilities:

Licensed Conveyancer / Residential Property Solicitor (3+ Years PQE)
Location: Ashford (4 days in Office/1 at Home)
Department: Residential Property

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a busy and varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and re-mortgages.
Deliver clear, concise legal advice and maintain exceptional client care, both in person and via phone/email.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, agents, and other contacts.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm to contribute to departmental and firm-wide success.

What We're Looking For:

A qualified Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in residential property.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy, supportive environment.
