About The Opportunity

A well:established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive looking to move away from high:volume conveyancing and focus on delivering quality client service within a supportive environment.

The Role

You Will Manage Your Own Residential Conveyancing Caseload, Including

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages and transfers of equity
• Registered and unregistered land transactions
• Easements, plot sales and deeds of gift

Essential

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong organisational and client:facing skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• 3:5 years PQE
• CQS accreditation
• Case management system experience
• Supervisory experience
