Responsibilities

• Manage your own busy residential property caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Progress matters efficiently with regular client and third-party communication to ensure high standards of service.
• Handle matters including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, shared ownership and leasehold transactions.
