This role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions with a reputable firm known for exceptional client service and employee support.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the Partner and Head of Residential Property, managing residential property matters from pre-exchange to completion while mentoring junior team members in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing varied residential property transactions including sales, purchases and lease arrangements
• Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion with attention to detail
• Providing expert advice to local and national clients including high net worth individuals
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through professional service excellence
• Supporting junior colleagues through mentoring and knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

• ~3+ years PQE in residential property law with strong technical knowledge
• Experience managing full residential property transactions from start to finish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse client expectations
• Strong organisational abilities with capacity to handle multiple cases efficiently
• Business development mindset with networking skills and growth targets focus
