Location: Remote working – candidates should be living in the London area or within a commutable distance in case they are required to attend meetings

Indicative Salary: £45,000 to £55,000, flexible based on experience

Role Overview

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or someone with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conduct title checks, searches, and due diligence.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records using our case management system.
