Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting on behalf of a Legal 500 multi-service law firm in Farnham for a Residential Property Paralegal. This is an office-based role offering exposure to a busy conveyancing team and opportunities to develop your career.

You will support on a broad range of residential conveyancing tasks, work closely with the Head of Department and senior colleagues, and benefit from mentoring and clear progression opportunities within a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and client care abilities.
• Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively.
• A proactive and professional approach.
• Proven experience in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing support on a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions
• Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Handling client enquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
• Managing files and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties throughout the conveyancing process
