Job summary

Brandon James Ltd in London is seeking a diligent Residential Property Paralegal to support the Property team across the conveyancing process. You will gain hands-on exposure from file opening to completion and work closely with fee earners to deliver high-quality client service.

You will manage your own caseload under supervision, draft documents, liaise with clients and agents, and ensure deadlines are met in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Previous legal experience is desirable but not essential.
• Law degree, LPC, CILEX/MILEX or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.
• Understanding of residential conveyancing or property law.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive approach with willingness to learn.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supporting fee earners across a broad range of residential property transactions.

A well established law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its London Property team. This Residential Property Paralegal role offers the opportunity to support experienced Partners and fee earners across a broad range of residential conveyancing matters. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands‑on exposure across the full conveyancing process, developing technical knowledge and client management skills within a supportive team environment.

The Role
