Banner Jones Solicitors is recruiting a Residential Property Paralegal to support conveyancers in our Chesterfield and Sheffield offices. The role focuses on assisting with residential property conveyancing, client communications and document preparation.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths (C/4 or above).
• Law degree would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Conveyancer with all aspects of residential property conveyancing.
• Maintain meticulous records and accounts; handle client enquiries by email and phone.
• Prepare SDLT returns and HM Land Registry applications; review title and property documents.
