RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY PARALEGAL – SHEFFIELD

A well-established law firm is looking to add a Residential Property Paralegal to its Sheffield team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience supporting a residential conveyancing team and is looking to build on that experience and develop their career.

You’ll support the fee earner across a range of residential property matters, including dealing with clients, reviewing property and title documents, preparing contract packs, SDLT returns and Land Registry applications, as well as keeping files and records up to date.

They’re looking for someone who is organised, accurate and confident communicating with clients, with previous residential property experience being advantageous.

There is plenty of support and training available, with the opportunity to work towards further legal qualifications and progress within the firm.
