Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Earley is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our established team. The role emphasizes residential property management and client care, with clear long-term career progression into senior or leadership roles as the business grows.

You will manage inspections, tenancy renewals, contractor coordination, deposits, arrears, evictions, regulatory compliance, and landlord/tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role.
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Responsibilities

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
