Job summary

Red Door Recruitment is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining high service levels for landlords and tenants, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe, well-maintained properties.

You will coordinate maintenance, manage tenancy processes, monitor payments, and build strong relationships with clients and service providers in a busy, office-based environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property management.
• Strong knowledge of lettings and tenancy procedures.
• Ability to coordinate maintenance and ensure compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Well-organised with ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Handle maintenance issues, arranging repairs and property inspections as required.
• Monitor rental payments and assist with property-related reporting.
• Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.
• Manage tenancy renewals, terminations, inspections, deposit matters, and move-out processes.
