Job summary

Worth Recruiting - Property Industry Recruitment in Edgware is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a substantial residential lettings portfolio and manage day-to-day requirements of landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

You will handle a portfolio from tenancy start to completion, ensure compliance with lettings legislation, coordinate maintenance and liaise with clients to deliver a consistently high level of service.

Qualifications

• Previous residential Property Management experience
• Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage maintenance issues and liaise effectively with contractors and suppliers
• Self-motivated, efficient and able to manage a busy workload
• Professional, well-presented and confident team player with a willingness to keep industry knowledge up to date

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties from tenancy commencement through to completion
• Dealing with landlords and tenants on all day-to-day property management matters
• Arranging and overseeing maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
• Ensuring properties and tenancies comply with current lettings legislation and safety requirements
• Handling inspections, tenancy renewals, deposits and general tenancy administration
• Maintaining accurate records while providing a professional and responsive service to landlords and tenants
