Job summary

Metropolitan Management Group (MMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain residential apartments and supporting facilities. You will follow detailed instructions to perform repairs, installations and ongoing maintenance on assigned properties, ensuring high resident satisfaction and retention.

Experience or training in residential or commercial maintenance is preferred; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting/drywall, carpentry, and HVAC is a plus.

Qualifications

• Residential maintenance repair experience or training preferred.
• Able to follow detailed instructions to perform repairs, installations and maintenance.
• Maintenance tasks on assigned properties with safety compliance.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances, painting/drywall, carpentry, heating and air handling systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain residential apartments and supporting facilities as assigned.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and turns on properties.
