Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold high property standards, performing repairs across appliances, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and pool maintenance, while keeping common areas in top condition.

You will respond to tenant requests within 24 hours, help ensure units are rent-ready within 3–5 days, and support safety compliance with site management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hands-on maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing; regular travel to properties is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Superior customer service skills including ability to manage difficult customers and situations.
• Ability to work independently and flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including appliance repair, basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool maintenance and custodial work.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and cleanliness of grounds.
• Assist with daily upkeep of pools, spas, laundry rooms, recreation areas, offices, restrooms and other common areas.
• Ensure apartments are rent-ready within 3–5 days of vacancy.
• Respond to tenant service requests within 24 hours and notify management of delays.
