Job summary

Forrester Sylvester Mackett LLP in Frome, England, is seeking a property lawyer to join our Residential Property team. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, from instruction to completion, handling titles, enquiries and contracts while keeping clients, agents and lenders updated.

The role

You’ll manage your own caseload with confidence, ideally with 3 years’ experience or more in residential conveyancing and good case management skills.

You’ll run your own residential conveyancing files, from first instruction through to completion. This includes reviewing titles, raising enquiries, preparing contracts and keeping clients, agents and lenders updated throughout.
