Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our Devon-based team. You will take ownership of your own caseload across a range of residential transactions, with support from an experienced property team.

The role offers exposure to sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters, and remortgage activity. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years PQE, strong technical and client-facing skills, and a proactive, commercially aware approach.

Qualifications

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 3 Years PQE.
• The ability to run your own caseload with limited supervision.
• Strong technical and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
• A practical and commercially aware approach.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to get involved.
• An interest in developing client and professional relationships.

Residential Conveyancer, 3+ Years PQE, Devon, £55,000+ (DOE) – Whether you’re a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, this is an opportunity to join an established firm with a strong presence across Devon and a reputation for putting clients first. REF:5380.

THE ROLE

• You will be trusted to take ownership of your own caseload, working with a diverse range of clients and transactions while benefiting from the support of an experienced and collaborative property team.
• You will handle a varied portfolio of residential matters, giving you the opportunity to use and develop your expertise
• Responsible for a varied caseload to include sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold property, transfers of equity, remortgages, New-build purchases and equity release
• Manage matters through the conveyancing process, maintaining close contact with clients and other professionals and ensuring transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.
