Job summary

Oculus Legal Group in Plymouth is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our modern, technology‑driven practice. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of sales, purchases and related matters.

This hybrid role offers a salary up to £60,000, a supportive team, ongoing training and career development opportunities, and a strong pipeline of quality work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload.
• Experience handling sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Knowledge of new build and shared ownership transactions would be advantageous.
