Job summary

Errington Legal in Norwich is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy team offering a collaborative and supportive culture. The role involves managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.

You will advise clients on freehold and leasehold transactions, including mortgages, equity transfers, buy-to-let and leasehold, and benefit from hybrid working and a discretionary bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed conveyancer with strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
• Experience managing your own caseload.
• Experience with mortgages, equity transfers, buy-to-let and leasehold transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, without supervision.
• Advise clients on freehold and leasehold transactions.
