Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Property Administrator located in West End. The role is to provide administrative support to the Lettings Team in a range of duties including, answering the telephone, assisting with the marketing of properties, maintain performance and property records, arranging tenancy agreements and coordinating and arranging all other administrative support as is required by the lettings team. The lettings administrator is a proactive and organised individual who will be able to carry out tasks through to successful conclusion. Organised, efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, the lettings administrator is a key figure in maintaining the highest levels of customer service.
