About The Role

As a Pension Property Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in administering clients' commercial property investments within their pension schemes. You will manage a dedicated portfolio, overseeing property purchases, leases, rent collections, and various administrative tasks tailored to client needs. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all pension property transactions according to regulatory standards.
  • Provide exceptional communication to clients, maintaining professionalism.
  • Proactively escalate issues, backlogs, or breaches to your line manager to safeguard compliance.
  • Ensure timely processing of all client requests, adhering to regulatory timelines and service levels.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support team objectives.
About You

You should have previous experience in commercial property administration, gained from property management or legal backgrounds. Experience in financial services is essential. A strong understanding of pensions administration and UK regulatory requirements is important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with property management systems are required. You should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
