Residential Building Site Supervisor
£24,027- £25,992 - Subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Hours per week: 36.50, All year round (Split Shift)
Contract Type: Permanent – Monday to Friday 07:00am to 11:00am and 14:30 to 18:00 – Full Time, full year.
(Please note that very occasionally by agreement some weekend and out of hours work may be required)

Due to the retirement of our current Site Supervisor the school is seeking to appoint and enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated Building Services Supervisor to join our team of hardworking, skilled support staff who are committed to the school’s ethos and values.
The role is a very important one as we are looking for someone to be responsible for the supervision of the school site including the provision of maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, key holding and alarm response and also someone who will love the school and its environment as much as we do, interacting with pupils and parents alike. Health and safety is also a key aspect of the role.
