FindCore is recruiting for a Project Director / Associate Director – Residential based in Manchester. The role focuses on leading new-build residential developments and student accommodation, taking ownership from feasibility through construction and handover.

You will manage delivery, budgets, and risk, coordinate the building safety gateway process with clients and consultants, and lead multidisciplinary teams to translate complex technical advice into actionable delivery plans.

Formación

• Proven experience leading residential construction projects.
• Experience delivering new-build developments (student accommodation preferred).
• Experience translating technical advice into delivery actions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead residential and student accommodation projects from feasibility to handover.
• Own delivery with accountability for programmes, budgets, quality and risk.
• Coordinate the building safety gateway process with clients and consultants.
• Translate technical reports into practical actions within the delivery plan.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and resolve delivery challenges.
• Act as senior client contact with reliable reporting and solutions.
• Develop and monitor delivery strategies, procurement plans, programmes and budgets.
• Oversee governance, contract administration, change control and risk management.
• Chair project meetings and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Provide senior leadership and escalation when needed.
