Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking a House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program. You will supervise and mentor Residential Support Staff, model best practices, and ensure high-quality services that meet residents' medical, financial, and recreational needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and experience in the disability field.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to complete program documentation accurately and on time.
• Strong judgment and crisis handling abilities.
• Good public relations skills with outside professionals and state employees.
• Flexible schedule to meet client office needs.
• Ability to manage personnel and program issues effectively.
• Commitment to improve quality and profitability of the program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program.
• Supervise, instruct, model and assist Residential Support Staff.
• Maintain high quality of program operations and implement person-centered plans.
• Ensure medical, financial, and recreational needs are met for individuals.
• Coordinate with school, state workers, family, therapist, court and residential placement.
• Support staff in upholding Chrysalis values: Respect, Safety, Fun, Mentoring, Accountability.
