Job summary

People Incorporated is seeking an Assistant Program Operations Manager to support the Program Operations Manager in running residential sites. The role includes supervision, coordinating activities, meal prep, ADL care, and ensuring treatment plans are followed with safety at the forefront.

You will implement behavior support, manage crises when needed, and maintain regulatory compliance while coordinating with multiple sites to provide consistent supports for individuals with life challenges.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Ability to supervise or coordinate others in a residential setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead house meetings and coordinate resident activities.
• Oversee individual outings and meal preparation.
• Assist with ADL care and medication distribution.
• Facilitate family visitations and ensure safety.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support as per Individual Service Plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards.
