Agincare is looking for a Waking Night Support Worker for our residential service in Bromley. You will work 10pm–7am, providing person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and related needs.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and able to engage with individuals with complex support needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging people to play active roles in their communities and promote independence.
• Support activities of daily living, including personal care, routines, meals and budgeting.
• Communicate effectively using people’s chosen methods.
• Engage to enhance quality of life and promote positive behavioural support as needed.
• Record changes in health or circumstances and report to management.
• Work as part of a team while using initiative.
