Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Services
Location: Liverpool
Salary: 50,000
Contract Type: Full Time, 40 hours per week (plus on-call rota)

About the RoleYou will be responsible for the operational management of a Children’s Home, ensuring that every young person receives outstanding care and support in all aspects of daily life — from education and personal development to emotional well-being and cultural enrichment.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a service that is truly child-centred, safe, compliant with statutory frameworks, and driven by best practices. You will work within the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards, ensuring we meet or exceed all inspection criteria.
