Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support the Capital contract, working with residents and on-site teams in Cheltenham and Stroud. You will be the main contact for communications about works, progress and completion, ensuring high customer satisfaction and smooth workflow.

The role requires excellent communication and IT skills, a full UK driving licence, and experience in similar liaison roles. Benefits include profit share and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise issues.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for residents and site teams.
• Communicate internally and externally about renovations, progress and completion.
• Maintain relationships with residents via letters, visits, events and calls.
• Produce and update reports detailing customer satisfaction and progress.
• Proactively resolve problems and complaints with all parties involved.
