Job summary

Avocado Property in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our lettings team. You will oversee a managed portfolio, respond to landlord and tenant inquiries, and ensure smooth tenancies with timely maintenance and clear records.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, excellent customer service, and the ability to balance competing priorities. You will work within the wider iad UK network to deliver a consistently high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational ability.
• Ability to prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
• Practical, calm and solution-focused approach to problems.
• Confidence communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors by telephone and email.
• Good IT skills and ability to learn property-management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• A full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for inspections.
• Desirable: knowledge of lettings legislation and CRM or property-management software.

Responsibilities

• Help manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
• Act as day-to-day contact for landlords and tenants.
• Build professional relationships and keep all parties informed.
• Respond to maintenance, tenancy and property-management enquiries promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date records on property-management systems.
• Schedule and conduct property inspections and produce reports.
• Coordinate gas safety checks, electrical inspections and other certifications.
• Monitor compliance dates and escalate when required.
