• Ability to manage a portfolio of properties and coordinate maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle.
• Act as main contact for landlords and tenants, providing a professional service.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate maintenance with contractors and arrange access as required.
• Monitor maintenance issues through to completion and update landlords/tenants.
• Carry out property inspections and manage tenancy check-ins/check-outs.
• Ensure tenancy records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Keep up with legislation affecting residential lettings and property management.
• Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors.
